Sunil Fernando & Associates was founded by the renowned chartered valuer, Mr. Sunil Fernando, who has over 45 years of experience in valuation, investment and property advisory services in multiple countries.

The first office of Sunil Fernando & Associates originally operated as a chartered valuation firm providing valuation and advisory services island-wide.

Having successfully conducted valuation advisory services for 21 years, we broadened our service offerings to include Occupier Services, Capital Markets and Research services to our portfolio in Sri Lanka and Maldives.
